Warranty And Returns
- SUMERCE ATÖLYESİ is responsible for manufacturing faults for the products it sells, within the framework of the conditions specified in the warranty certificate or the Invoice.
- The warranty period may vary depending on the make and model.
- If the product fails due to manufacturing faults within the warranty period, it is repaired free of charge and returned to the customer.
- The maximum repair period starts from the date of notification of the defective product to our technical services, or if there is no technical service, to one of the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer-manufacturer of the product and is 30 working days.
- If a product under warranty fails and the defect cannot be remedied within 15 working days, SUMERCE WORKSHOP allocates another product with similar features to the use of the user until the product is repaired.
- Disputes that may arise should be reported to our company in writing.
- Regarding the problems that occur except for all conditions, an application can be made to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of Protection of Consumer and Competition.
- If the product you have purchased from our website is not defective or defective and is to be returned, it must be delivered within 14 days with all accessories and box intact. The consumer has the right to return the defective and defective products within 14 days without any service charge.

- If the product you have purchased has been delivered to you via the cargo company, you should open the package of the product without damaging it and take it after checking it. If there is a defect or damage to the product during the shipment, you should keep a report to the cargo officer. Our company cannot be held responsible for the problems that may occur by the Cargo Company.
- For the return of the product that meets the return conditions, apply to the sales representatives of SUMERCE ATÖLYESİ, together with the gifts, invoice and warranty certificate, if any.
- If the invoice of the product to be returned belongs to the institution, the institution must issue a return invoice for product return.
- All kinds of shipping fees related to the product subject to the return process belong to the consumer.
- If the necessary conditions are met after the product is checked, the product exchange will be followed by the relevant department or the payment refund will be followed by the accounting department.
