Cancellation and Refund

  • First, you should check your order from the “My Account” tab on your home page. If your order is not in the “Order in progress” or “Shipped” status, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to info@sumerceatolyesi.com with your order number.
  • When your message reaches us, your order will be canceled within that day and you will be contacted regarding the issue. You can also check your order status in the “My Recent Orders” section.
  • If the status of your order is at the shipping stage in the “My Account” tab, your order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the product once your order reaches you.
What should I do when I want to return the product I purchased?
  • The product, if any, gift and all standard accessories must be sent to us with its packaging undamaged and in its original packaging. All you have to do is notify us of your return request via e-mail and receive a return approval.
  • You can return the product you want to return within 14 working days from the date your order reaches you.

  • When the returned product reaches us, the return process is started. After checking the compliance of the product with the return conditions, www.sumerceatolyesi.com will refund your credit card. The product cost will be reflected on your credit card as “plus balance” within 10 working days, depending on your bank. This process is completely dependent on your bank and SUMERCE ATÖLYE has no right to interfere with your bank.

Return of defective product:

  • You can return the product you received within 14 days from the date of delivery, in case of returns due to any defect caused by the product.
  • If you encounter such a situation, you must follow the above steps and send the product to us. If the product does not have a defect arising from use, the product price will be refunded to you.
